Nate joined Outreach in 2021, bringing more than 14 years of nonprofit and development experience. With degrees in social work and business, his faith and commitment to justice deeply align with Outreach’s mission. Nate and his wife have four children, and he enjoys hunting, camping, and cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Chief Operating Officer
Vanessa has served with Outreach since interning in 1989. With degrees in psychology and social work, she is passionate about helping people experience dignity, opportunity, growth, and a relationship with Jesus. Vanessa helps shape how Outreach serves its neighbors. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, golfing, and time with family and friends.

David brings 30 years of financial leadership experience to Outreach, including roles as CFO and Controller. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting, a doctorate in Ethical Leadership, and CPA and CFE certifications. David’s commitment to servant leadership reflects his passion for strengthening organizations while prioritizing people, integrity, and financial excellence.

John leads Outreach’s growth strategy across philanthropy, marketing, and social enterprises, helping expand the organization’s impact, strengthen relationships with supporters, and create sustainable opportunities for growth.

Senior Development Officer
Joe brings 17 years of fundraising experience, including more than nine years with Outreach. He leads relationship-focused fundraising efforts, strengthens donor and corporate partnerships, and has helped modernize fundraising strategies and expand Outreach’s donor community. Joe holds degrees from the University of Oregon and Drexel University and enjoys sports, the outdoors, and time with family and friends.
Social Enterprise Director
Alejandro joined Outreach in 2024 as Social Enterprise Director. An Aurora University graduate, he brings extensive experience in operations, multi-location management, leadership, and team development. Fluent in Spanish, Alejandro is passionate about strengthening teams, improving operations, and driving sustainable growth to expand Outreach's social enterprises and advance its Kingdom mission.

Shalina serves as Outreach's Senior Data Officer, leading data strategy, governance, systems, and analytics. With eight years at Outreach, she brings deep institutional knowledge and progressive leadership experience. Shalina holds degrees from Judson University and UNC Greensboro and is passionate about helping teams use data effectively while leading with clarity, kindness, and faith.

Dr. Stephanie Griswold is a licensed clinical psychologist with 16 years of experience across diverse clinical settings. She earned her Doctor of Psychology from Wheaton College, where she also teaches. Passionate about leadership, faith, and helping others thrive, Stephanie brings extensive clinical expertise to Outreach. She and her husband, Brandon, have three children.

Mindy serves as Outreach's Senior Officer of Church Engagement, strengthening partnerships with local churches. Since joining Outreach in 2015, she has led events and volunteer engagement, connecting congregations to Outreach's mission. Mindy holds degrees from Biola University and Wheaton College and is passionate about helping churches meaningfully serve their communities.

Cassi serves as Outreach's Senior Neighborhood Services Officer, providing leadership to neighborhood-based programs and teams. A Licensed Professional Counselor, she brings extensive experience in education, counseling, leadership development, and organizational improvement. Cassi is passionate about equipping teams, strengthening relationships, and serving communities with excellence and compassion while faithfully pursuing God's calling.

Manny serves as Outreach's Senior Human Resources Officer, bringing extensive experience in human resources, compliance, training, and organizational leadership. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management and organizational leadership and is pursuing his MBA. Manny is passionate about ministry, uplifting others, and reflecting Christ's light through his leadership and service.

Eric brings more than 15 years of marketing and communications experience in nonprofit and local government settings. His experience as a foster, adoptive, and biological father shapes his passion for serving vulnerable communities. Eric holds degrees from Aurora, Liberty, and Judson Universities and has led award-winning communications and community impact initiatives.
