Employment Training
Outreach helps people develop the skills, experience, relationships, and confidence needed to take meaningful steps toward employment and economic independence.
Employment is about more than landing a job. It is about walking into a room believing you belong there, and having someone in your corner after the first paycheck clears.
Our training combines classroom time, credentials, coaching and real work experience, including paid roles inside our own social enterprises, so skills are built where they will actually be used.

Social enterprises
Outreach runs its own businesses, and they play a distinct role in the mission. A shop floor is a classroom you can practice in: customers to serve, inventory to manage, shifts to show up for, and staff nearby who are invested in how it goes.
People build workplace skills alongside volunteers and customers, then carry that experience into interviews with hiring partners.
